  2. The candidate should be a Graduate and Diploma in Secreterial Services is essential.
    Age - around 30 years.
    Experience :
      Should have a minimum 3 years experience.
      Should be well versed with computer applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mailmerge, email, internet, Database management.
      Should be able to do self correspondence.
      Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Mature, pleasant person with good interpersonal skills, telephone manners.
      Willing to work long hours.
      Should have experience in telemarketing, office administration including filing, tracking enquiries, database entry, email merge, keeping records and maintaining daily sales records and statistics, correspondence.

  3. Senior Executive - Operations

  4. Age : 28-32 years
    Job Profile :
    Handle the Group and FIT Operations. handling & updating of client files, Arrange Airlines booking and reservations, visa, Passport, Forex & other formalities. Hotel & Flight reservation & Ground transportation, Issuance of Hotel & Service Vouchers etc. Liaise with the Overseas Operators. making reservation for hotels / flights / transport / package as applicable, issuance of hotel / service voucher, co-ordinate with hoteliers, airlines, suppliers, Liaise with the Overseas Operators, various departments and offices.
    Qualification :
      Graduate, IATA Diploma/Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
      Must possess leadership qualities, good communication skills and be computer literate.
    Experience :
      Minimum 2-4 years in the Travel industry with exposure to Travel & Tour operations.

  5. Senior Executive - Customer Service

  6. Job Profile :
      To attend walk in customers and telephonic enquiries.
      To impart correct and full information.
      Responsible for implementation of iteneries, fares, responsible for converting enquiries into registration, collection of deposits & opening of new client file, follow up with prospective clients, ensure the registration form & other relevant form correctly filled up and payment received from parties, co-ordinate with respective depts.. & offices for bookings.
      Preparation of daily sales report, filing and classifying daily enquires recd., couriering/faxing brochures, iteneries, information to clients.
      Proper hand over to Operations, visiting clients, office/residence on sales call.
    Qualifications:
      Graduate, IATA Diploma/Degree or Diploma in travel & tourism. Knowledge of foreign exchange, good communication skills with pleasing personality and be computer literate.
    Experience :
      Minimum 2-3 years in a similar capacity, exposure to travel & tour operations.

  7. Executive - Customer Service , Leisure

      Has to be a male as he would be required to work night shift.
      He should have a sales background.

  13. SENIOR EXECUTIVES & EXECUTIVES

      Applicants Should be Graduates with IATA-UFTAA qualification / Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
      A minimum experience of 2-3 years for Business Travel, Outbound Leisure Operations including online reservations (Eurail, Hotel and Cruises) and Inbound Leisure Operations including Airport Representatives.

  15. MANAGER, Business Travel

  16.   Applicants must be Graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, IATA-UFTAA Qualification, age around 30-35 years with a minimum experience of 10-12 years in the travel Industry and 5-6 years in a similar capacity to handle Business Travel Operations. They should exhibit a positive attitude and drive to succeed in a very competitive environment. They will be responsible to drive consistent customer service across all client groups, meet and exceed budgets, profitability and travel counselor productivity

  17. SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SALES

  18.   Applicants must be Graduates With knowledge of Computer Operations, age around 25-30 years having experience of 5 years or more handling sales in the travel industry. Job involves prospecting New Clients , maintaining current clients , meeting budgeted targets, client servicing, attending to the day-to-day sales calls, co-ordinating with airlines and other external agencies, follow-up regarding payments and dues, coordinating with operations staff for smooth and effective client servicing.

  19. Senior Executive - Personnel

  20. Qualification :
    Candidates should be Graduate, Diploma in HR preferred.
    Experience :
    5 years in relevant field with hands on experience on Vedika's-Perk (Payroll) software is must.
    Responsibilities : As follow :
    MUMBAI
      Carrying out introduction of new employees.
      Updation of personnel & leave records of all employees in all locations.
      Preparing updated computerised record of salary details of all employees in all locations.
      Updating Daily Attendance in the Computer System.
      Reimbursements of all the Employees.
      Preparation of Leave Cards.
      Updating Leave Record on a weekly basis.
       Full & Final Settlement workings of resigned staff.
    ALL INDIA:
      Co-coordinating with Departmental Heads regarding their personnel requirements.
      Interacting with Placement Agencies to fill up the same.
      Screening biodatas
      Organising interviews
      Coordinating with candidates regarding status of interviews.
      Preparing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer & Acceptance of Resignation Letters.
