Brief Description of work profile :
1. TBC Co-packer operations :
• Interaction
with the co-packer for accounting/commercial matters
• Regular
account reconciliation
• Funding
calculations for co-packer
• Transfer
pricing determination
• Physical
verification of inventory
• Quarterly
costing and yields verification
2. Slice Co-packer operations :
• Accounting
for purchases, co-packing, stock transfers / sales
• Periodical
physical verification of inventory
• Yields
verification and ensuring adherance to Co-packing agreement
• Monthly
closing
3. TBC Sales Co-ordination :
• Commercial
negotiations/entering/renewal of agreements with new/existing C&F
agents
• Set-up
of systems/implementation of TBC policies/ensuring adherance to
the same
• Obtaining
monthly reports & completing closing for Western region
• Monitoring
of receivables / reconciliation with direct institutional customers
• Distributor
accounting / reconciliations / confirmations
• Distributor
Claims processing
• Driving
market audits / damage audits / visi-cooler verifications
4. Other activities :
• Co-packer
supplier payments
• Processing
payments for freight, local G&A, etc
• Obtaining
certifications for Sales tax assessments for the Goa, Mumbai/Pune
& Gujarat.
