    Profile:
    a) Absolute Strengths:
      Ability to understand the transactions as per vouchers, and make data entry as per accounting principles.

      Ability to communicate with staff members of other Departments / clarifications which are required for Accounting.
      Ability to communicate (talking and reading) in Gujarati.
    c) Convenient Strengths: Willingness to work extended hours to meet target dates, schedules etc. like Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Closing of Accounts.
    3. Experience:
    a) Essential: Four to Five in a reputed company operating Computerized Accounting Systems.
    b) Knowledge of Tally Must
    c) Preferred: Exposure to the Accounting in Multi Division transactions in Manufacturing, Marketing and Distribution Activities.

    Experience

    Job Summary :
      To understand / visualize the need of marketing department pertaining to new product
      To study the product history / market study for the similar product
      To visualize and design the process for preparing dummy of product
      To give creative inputs / guidelines to team at various development stages
      To coordinate the entire process for product development till finalization of the product
      To develop and maintain contacts with various people / venders related to a product during its development stages.
      To negotiate rates for assignments with freelancers / venders
      To create the system for record maintenance for all products
    Major Responsibility
      Coordinating with various persons in house and free lancers, like issustrator, authors, editors, printers , manufacturers for development of product
      Getting the costing done in coordination with various printers and departments
      To provede the necessary assistance to the marketing team to develop the design and products as per market need
    Skills required
      The candidate should be very good at planning and coordination
      The artistic prduct visualization skill , particularly for children products
      The knowledge of printing industry will be added advantage
