set up globally in 2002. Its aim is to create products and services

Equity Marketing's internal client base is as important as external

expected to contribute actively in planning as well as execution

They key activities to
be handled by the person include:
• Conducting
internal studies to map processes at Customer Touch
Points, Documentation of the maps and attached service standards,
Monitoring adherence to same, on periodical basis
• Brand
audit on a periodical basis to understand the effects on
initiatives, servicing etc on the clients. Mapping the gap between
the
promise and delivery by MOSt. Looking for specific gray areas
• Coordination
and support in conducting ground studies, e.g. marketing
research assignments, to enable logical, result-oriented decision-making
process, competition analysis, identifying new initiatives etc.
Eligibility criteria
• MBA
in marketing would be necessary
• Atleast
one year of experience in marketing research. Preferably on
research and analysis side
