    Description :
    Analysts are responsible for accounting tasks performed currently by client service representatives (CSR) of company.
    They will also act on various requests made by the clients to update their portfolios . The analyst will also interact with the CSR, when necessary, to go over accounting and performance issues.
    Principal Duties:
      Review MSPA to custody reconciliation. Identify and determine cause. Notify CSR of breaks. If break is due to an erroneous or missing transaction in MSPA then make necessary adjustments.
      Perform some middle office functions like P&L analysis, cash forecasting, calculations of FX transfers required for funding, checking client's contributions & redemptions etc.

  18. This role is within the Equity Marketing team which is a new area set up globally in 2002. Its aim is to create products and services around clients similar to that found in the best industrial corporations. Equity Marketing's internal client base is as important as external clients, it is imperative that we raise awareness amongst Morgan Stanley's professionals of the wealth of products and solutions available.
    Within this team is the CRM Applications team and is a small but key team which assists the equity division in the delivery of the right applications to manage their day-to-day client business. The role involves communicating between the equity division and out IT developers requirements for new and existing applications as well as data-mining the way the applications are being used, and problem solving for the division on an ad hoc basis. You will be working across all equity products and liaising cross-divisionally and with our counterparts in the US and Asia.

      Conducting internal studies to map processes at Customer Touch
    Points, Documentation of the maps and attached service standards,
    Monitoring adherence to same, on periodical basis
      Brand audit on a periodical basis to understand the effects on
    initiatives, servicing etc on the clients. Mapping the gap between the
    promise and delivery by MOSt. Looking for specific gray areas
      Coordination and support in conducting ground studies, e.g. marketing
    research assignments, to enable logical, result-oriented decision-making
    process, competition analysis, identifying new initiatives etc.
    Eligibility criteria
      MBA in marketing would be necessary
      Atleast one year of experience in marketing research. Preferably on
