  1. Manager - People Practice

  2. Location : Middle East
    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
      Develop the Human Resources of the Company, formulate policies and establish and implement HR Objectives that reflect and assist in achieving the Business Objectives for the company.
    Key Responsibilities :
       Create an Organizational culture and climate in which people have the competency and ability to sell the company's offerings and have the concern and commitment serve customers effectively
      Work with Marketing to highlight company's ethos of people practice to work culture and people practice to make company an employer of choice
      Constantly upgrade and rework on the best practices for company's People Practice division.
      Foster effective methods of goal setting, communication, and empowerment through responsibility
      Build customised career paths for each employee.
      Conduct/co-ordinate for regular Training sessions for Development of the employees
      Populate and update data on ERP to provide up to date information on Human Assets.
      Identify all requirements with respect to Labour Laws in UAE and across GCC to ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance.
      Plan manpower resource requirements and hire the best.
      Plan and conduct new employee Induction and Orientation
      Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics
      Advise the Management in appropriate resolution of employee relation's issues.
      Review the Compensation system and implement a reward system that reflects performance.

      Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Selection methodologies.
      Training and Facilitation methodologies
      Local Labour Laws in GCC.

      Work towards staffing and developing people of the company .

    Key Responsibilities :
      Work with People Practice Manager and Heads of the company and to constantly upgrade and rework on the best practices for People Practice division in India and keep it in line with the ethos of the parent Company.

      Work with Business heads to build customized career paths for team members.
      Conduct/co-ordinate for regular Training sessions for Development of the team members
      Maintain an up-to-date database of Human assets

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Implementing Budgets
    Create and implement a budget orientation across the organization
    Pivot the functioning of all the divisions of company on departmental budgets.
    Legal framework for group companies
    Understand the corporate legal framework in all operating countries and sculpt a holding structure for the company group so that the companies enjoy a secure legal framework as well as maximise the net worth and valuation of the group.
    Company Legal Structure & Regulatory Compliance
    Handle all legal aspects of the following:
    Company Trade License Renewals
    Registration with relevant authorities
    Agreements with Sponsors
    Taxation filings and other corporate governance compliances
    Financing the Growth
    Ensure capital adequacy to finance the growth of the organization by choosing an optimal mix of funds from both external sources and internal accruals.
    Negotiations with JV and other business partners
    Be instrumental in finding the right business model to work in different regions and to attain growth plans for company.
    Drawing up and vetting Contracts & Agreements
    Responsible for drawing up scrutinizing and qualifying the contracts and agreements between the company and all its external interfaces. Viz.,
    Supplier - Distribution Agreements
    Customer Agreements/Contracts
    Business Collaboration Agreements
    Re-seller Agreements
    JV Agreements
    Funds Management
    Be responsible for managing the cash flow of all group entities.
    Managing required facilities with the Banks.
    Fixation of ROI on investment.
    Allocation of Funds.
    Approval of Capital Expenditure.
    MIS
    Analyse the business from various perspectives and provide periodic and critical real-time inputs to Management and Sales teams and the Business Units to steer the group entities to meet their sales, profitability and strategic goals.
